Filtering Data

To filter data in the current view, complete one of the following actions:
- Type in the column's Search box (searches within the contents of the column). Note This box is context-sensitive and can include Search, Select, Select a Date, and so on.
- Click a column's filter button
(visible when mousing over column header) (allows advanced filtering for certain data types, e.g. date ranges).
- Right-click on a column header and select Show Filter Editor for advanced filtering.
When a filter is active, a panel appears at the bottom of the grid that lists the current filter. Use the Enable Filter checkbox to enable/disable the filter or click the x to clear it completely. Click Edit Filter from the filter panel to edit the filter. Click the down arrow next to the filter name to display recent filters in a drop-down list.
