IEEE 1641 Specification Data Types - Using TestStand Type Palette Files with the TD Translator

IEEE 1641 Specification Data Types

The ATMLTD_IEEE1641_Types type palette contains types from the STDTSF.xsd, STDBSC.xsd, and STDTSFLib.xsd ATML TD schema files.

By default, the ATML TD translator does not load this type palette file when you launch TestStand. To load this type palette file, enable the Use IEEE 1641 Data Types in TestStand option on the General Settings tab of the ATML Test Description Translator Configuration dialog box.

The types defined in the ATMLTD_IEEE1641_Types.ini type palette file include an NI_ATMLSTD prefix on the type names.
