TestStand launches the Prototypes Conflict dialog box when you click Create Code on the Source Code tab of a Specify Module dialog box and when the prototype of the code template is different than the prototype specified on the Module tab.

The Prototypes Conflict dialog box contains the following options:

• Use the Prototype from the Code Template and Update the Prototype In the Module Tab —TestStand uses the prototype the code module specifies and to replace the prototype on the Module tab with the prototype the code template specifies.
• Keep the Current Parameter Values —TestStand keeps the current parameter values when refreshing the prototype on the Module tab.
• Use the Prototype from the Module Tab —TestStand ignores the code template prototype and to use the prototype the Module tab specifies.
