Configure Operation - Edit IVI Power Supply Step Dialog Box
Configure Operation
The Configure operation configures a power supply’s voltage level, current limit, current limit behavior, and over voltage protection limit, as well as enabling and disabling output channels. You can also use this operation to configure the output range in which the power supply operates.
Note
The Configure operation handles only settings the base IVI class specification supports and the extension groups you specify on the Extensions tab. For best results, enable only the extensions the application requires.
The Edit IVI Power Supply Step dialog box for the Configure operation contains the following tabs:
-
Channels
—The channel names the step configures.
- Output Tab —The voltage and current range settings for a channel.
- Limits Tab —The current limit settings for a channel.
- Trigger Tab —The trigger settings for a channel.
- Extensions —The extensions to enable in the dialog box.
- Operation Settings —Specifies where the dialog box saves and reloads the operation settings.
