Why does this information message occur?

The deployment utility detected that some dependent files should be filtered out because they match the filtering criteria specified in the filter.ini file. Filtering removes files that you do not want to include in the deployment, such as system DLLs or TestStand DLLs. DLLs that are part of TestStand should be deployed by including the TestStand Runtime or by installing TestStand in the test system.
