Purpose

Returns the time in seconds at which the engine started since midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970, coordinated universal time (UTC). UTC is also known as Greenwich mean time.

Remarks

Some time values in TestStand, such as the TS.StartTime property of a step result, are in terms of seconds since the engine started. You can add the value of the Engine.SecondsAtStartIn1970UniversalCoordinatedTime property to these times to convert to a universal time base.
