Monitoring the Processing Status

Check the processing status of the files in the raw data areas of a Data Preprocessor instance. Initiate scanning or reprocessing of files or folders if necessary.
- In Data Preparation, click Data Preprocessor Instances.

Select an instance and click
» Manage » Processing Status.
- Check the processing status of the files in the raw data area.
- To reprocess files or folders or initiate a scan manually, use the options on the Process menu.
- Optional: Click Filter View to filter processes by status. For example, you can only display files which have not yet been processed or with an unsuitable DataPlugin.

» Quick Info. For more detailed information, click
» Advanced Statistics.
Note Advanced Statistics can show more processed files than existing files because there may be several DataPlugins processing the same file type.
