Create a diagnostics file to send to your NI support representative or submit in a service request through ni.com. Diagnostics files contain logging information from all existing DataFinder, Data Preprocessor, and Analysis Automation instances.
SystemLink TDM logs server activities in the Standard mode. Depending
on the nature of the error, NI may ask you to change the logging mode for a limited
period of time to create a more detailed diagnostics file.
Note You don't need to change the
logging mode unless NI asks you to.

diagnostics file. In Data Indexing or Data
Preparation:

If you need to change the logging mode, choose the
required option and click OK. Run the logging mode for
the length of time suggested. Then continue with steps 1-2 to create a

Changing the logging mode takes effect immediately. All previous logfiles maintain their format and remain on the server.
