See the test plans scheduled for a system.

  1. To view the test plan of a system or systems, complete the steps that align with your goal.

    View test plans scheduled for all systems Navigate to Operations » Schedule.
    View test plans scheduled for a specific system
    1. Navigate to Systems Management » Systems.
    2. Click a system to view the the associated test plan schedules.
    3. Click the Schedule tab.
    SystemLink loads the calendar for the current month.
  2. To change the calendar view, complete the steps that align with your goal.

    View a different month Click Next month or Previous month
    Switch between different calendar views Click the Select the calendar view drop-down menu and choose from the following options:
    • Day
    • Week
    • Month
    • Year
    Navigate to a specific date Click the calendar drop-down menu and select the date
    Navigate to the current date Click Today
  3. To view additional details for a scheduled test plan, click the test plan in the calendar.
  4. To re-schedule a test plan, drag and drop the test plan to a different time.
    Note You can also drag and drop the test plan to a different system.
  5. To refresh the view of a test plan, click Refresh ().
  6. To filter systems, fixtures, and test plans in your schedule view, click Configure query () and define a query.
  7. To save a custom view, click the view selector drop-down menu () and select Create view. You can use custom views to switch between different calendar views with different query filters. You can also reuse and share these views.
  8. To highlight test plans on the schedule page, configure the URL in the output of the auto scheduling notebook. The URL must include work-items query parameters with IDs for the test plan.
  9. To view conflicting test plan schedules, click Settings () and enable Show conflicting test plans.
