Extracting Data from Files with Jupyter Notebooks
Extract data from files in SystemLink using Jupyter notebooks.
- Navigate to .
- To open the details page, click a product.
- Click the Files tab.

Select one or more files, expand the Analyze drop-down,
and select Extract.
Note You can extract up to 50 files at a time. You can also extract files during an upload.

Select the notebook you want to run on the files.
Note If you do not see the notebook you are looking for, ensure that you published the notebook to a workspace you can access. Additionally, ensure that you set the interface for the notebook to Test data extraction.
- Set a limit for how long the notebook can execute before timing out.
- Click Extract.

To see the latest execution time and status, navigate to the
Files tab.
Note SystemLink Enterprise preserves up to 16 MB of notebook execution data for 7 days. If you must retain more data for longer, ensure your notebook saves and uploads your data to SystemLink.
- To view more execution details, select a file, click Analyze, and select View latest execution details.
- To see the extracted results, navigate to the Results tab.
