Creates an alarm ID using the names of the system and application where the alarm originated.

Inputs/Outputs

alarm name

Name of the alarm triggered.

namespace

Name to overwrite the default namespace.

The namespace of the alarm ID defaults to the name of the top-level VI where the alarm triggered. If you want to override the default namespace, wire a name to the namespace input.

alarm id

Unique identifier for a process or condition tracked by an alarm.
