Launch the List Mode Utility from the Windows Start Menu or by double-clicking the program file. The main window opens with no file loaded.

The List Mode Utility uses a single window. All workflows happen in one place, and a console panel along the bottom always shows status messages and results. The window adapts to your current workflow. As you load a file or choose an action, only the controls that are relevant appear. Controls that do not apply are hidden rather than disabled.

Default File Location

When you browse for or save files, the List Mode Utility starts in the standard RTG files directory: %PUBLIC%\Documents\National Instruments\RTG\Files\. The utility remembers the last folder you used between sessions, so subsequent browse dialogs open where you left off.
