When `NIRFSG_ATTR_PULSE_MODULATION_ENABLED` is Enabled, `NIRFSG_ATTR_PULSE_MODULATION_ACTIVE_LEVEL` is `NIRFSG_VAL_ACTIVE_HIGH`, `NIRFSG_ATTR_EXPORTED_PULSE_MODULATION_EVENT_OUTPUT_TERMINAL` is `PulseOut`, and this property is `NIRFSG_VAL_ACTIVE_HIGH`, then the Pulse Modulation Event will transition from Low to High after the the Pulse In signal is set to logic high, and the RF Output has settled.
