Fetches the stream RMS EVM results for the specified user.

Use "user<n>/stream<k>" as the selector string to read results from this VI.

  • cstr.png Selector String —

    Selector String specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name, result name, user number, and stream number. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used. The default value is "user0/stream0".

    Example:

    "user0/stream0"

    "signal::sig1/result::r1/user0/stream0"

    "result::r1/user0/stream0"

    You can use the RFmxWLAN Build Stream String VI to build the selector string.

  • cgenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle In —

    Instrument Handle In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Instrument Handle In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA VI or the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA (Array) VI.

  • cdbl.png Timeout (s) —

    Timeout specifies the timeout for fetching the specified measurement. Set this value to an appropriate time, longer than expected for fetching the measurement. A value of -1 specifies that the VI waits until the measurement is complete. This value is expressed in seconds. The default value is 10.

  • cerrcodeclst.png error in (no error) —

    error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

  • igenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle Out —

    Instrument Handle Out passes a reference of your RFmx session to the next VI.

  • idbl.png User Stream RMS EVM Mean (dB or %) —

    User Stream RMS EVM Mean returns the RMS EVM of all subcarriers in all OFDM symbols for the specified user. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to Percentage, the measurement returns this result as a percentage. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to dB, the measurement returns this result in dB. When you set the OFDMModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this parameter returns the mean of the user stream RMS EVM computed for each averaging count.

  • idbl.png User Stream Data RMS EVM Mean (dB or %) —

    User Stream Data RMS EVM Mean returns the RMS EVM of data-subcarriers in all OFDM symbols for the specified user. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to Percentage, the measurement returns this result as a percentage. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to dB, the measurement returns this result in dB. When you set the OFDMModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this parameter returns the mean of the user stream data RMS EVM computed for each averaging count.

    User Stream Pilot RMS EVM Mean returns the RMS EVM of pilot-subcarriers in all OFDM symbols for the specified user. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to Percentage, the measurement returns this result as a percentage. When you set the OFDMModAcc EVM Unit property to dB, the measurement returns this result in dB. When you set the OFDMModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this parameter returns the mean of the user stream pilot RMS EVM computed for each averaging count.

  • ierrcodeclst.png error out —

    error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
