Fetches the stream EVM per symbol trace for a subcarrier.

Use "segment<n>/stream<k>" as the selector string to read results from this VI.

Inputs/Outputs

  • cstr.png Selector String —

    Selector String specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name, result name, segment number, and stream number. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used. The default value is "segment0/stream0".

    Example:

    "signal::sig1/result::r1/segment0/stream0"

    "result::r1/segment0/stream0"

    You can use the RFmxWLAN Build Stream String VI to build the selector string.

  • cgenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle In —

    Instrument Handle In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Instrument Handle In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA VI or the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA (Array) VI.

  • cdbl.png Timeout (s) —

    Timeout specifies the timeout for fetching the specified measurement. Set this value to an appropriate time, longer than expected for fetching the measurement. A value of -1 specifies that the VI waits until the measurement is complete. This value is expressed in seconds. The default value is 10.

  • ci32.png Subcarrier Index —

    Subcarrier Index specifies the subcarrier index for which to fetch the trace. The default value is 0.

    error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

    Instrument Handle Out passes a reference of your RFmx session to the next VI.

  • icclst.png Subcarrier Stream EVM per Symbol (dB or %) —

    Subcarrier Stream EVM per Symbol returns the stream EVM per symbol trace for a subcarrier. For unoccupied subcarriers, the trace value is NaN.

  • idbl.png x0 —

    x0 returns the starting OFDM symbol index corresponding to the value of OFDMModAcc Meas Offset property.

  • idbl.png dx —

    dx returns the OFDM symbol increment value. This value is always equal to 1.

  • i1dsgl.png y —

    y returns the stream EVM of each OFDM symbol for the specified subcarrier index. This value is expressed as a percentage or in dB.

  • ierrcodeclst.png error out —

    error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
