Fetches the peak power of various fields in the PPDU.

  • cstr.png Selector String

    Selector String specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name and result name. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used. The default value is "" (empty string).

    You can use the RFmxWLAN Build Signal String VI to build the selector string.

  • cgenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle In

    Instrument Handle In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Instrument Handle In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA VI or the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA (Array) VI.

  • cdbl.png Timeout (s)

    Timeout specifies the timeout for fetching the specified measurement. Set this value to an appropriate time, longer than expected for fetching the measurement. A value of -1 specifies that the VI waits until the measurement is complete. This value is expressed in seconds. The default value is 10.

    error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

  • idbl.png PPDU Peak Power Maximum (dBm)

    PPDU Peak Power Maximum returns the peak power of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this parameter returns the maximum of the peak PPDU power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • igenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle Out

    Instrument Handle Out passes a reference of your RFmx session to the next VI.

  • idbl.png Preamble Peak Power Maximum (dBm)

    Preamble Peak Power Maximum returns the peak power of the preamble field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this result returns the maximum of the peak preamble field power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • idbl.png Header Peak Power Maximum (dBm)

    Header Peak Power Maximum returns the peak power of the header field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this result returns the maximum of the peak header field power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • idbl.png Data Peak Power Maximum (dBm)

    Data Peak Power Maximum returns the peak power of the data field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this result returns the maximum of the peak data field power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

    error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
