Returns the RMS common pilot error. This value is expressed as a percentage.

Common pilot error for an OFDM symbol is the correlation of the received pilot subcarrier QAM symbols with their ideal values. RMS Common Pilot Error is the RMS of 1 minus common pilot error for all OFDM symbols. When you set the OFDMModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this property returns the mean of the RMS common pilot error computed for each averaging count.
