Specifies the space time stream offset.

This property is applicable only to 802.11ax TB PPDU, 802.11be TB PPDU, and 802.11bn TB PPDU.

Use "user<n>" as the selector string to configure or read this property for 802.11ax TB PPDU, 802.11be TB PPDU, and 802.11bn TB PPDU.

The default value is 0.
