Sets the start frequency of the offset segment relative to the carrier frequency. This value is expressed in Hz.

public int SetOffsetStartFrequency(string selectorString, double value)

This method sets the value of SemOffsetStartFrequency attribute.The default value is 9 MHz.


Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Specifies the offset number and segment number. Example: "segment0" or "segment0/offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	double	Specifies the start frequency of the offset segment relative to the carrier frequency. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
