Sets the relative power limit corresponding to the end of the offset segment. This value is expressed in dB.

public int SetOffsetRelativeLimitStop(string selectorString, double value)

This method sets the value of SemOffsetRelativeLimitStop attribute.The default value is -20.

selectorString	string	Specifies the offset number and segment number. Example: "segment0" or "segment0/offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	double	Specifies the relative power limit corresponding to the end of the offset segment. This value is expressed in dB.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
