Sets the start time of the custom power gate. This value is expressed in seconds.

public int SetPowerCustomGateStartTime(string selectorString, double value)

This method sets the value of OfdmModAccPowerCustomGateStartTime attribute.The default value is 0.

selectorString	string	Specifies the gate number. Example: "gate0". You can use the BuildGateString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	double	Specifies the start time of the custom power gate. This value is expressed in seconds.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
