Specifies the highest frequency of the selected segment at which measurements are performed. This property is used only when you set the Sweep Type property to Segment. This value is expressed in Hz.

Use "segment::<segmentnumber>" as the selector string to configure or read this property for a specific segment.

The default value is 2 GHz.
