Gets the maximum RMS frequency error across the measured pulses. This value is expressed in Hz.

This method gets the value of PulseResultsFrequencyErrorRmsMaximum attribute.

value	out double	Upon return, contains the maximum RMS frequency error across the measured pulses. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
