Gets the mean of the peak-to-peak phase deviation across the measured pulses. This value is expressed in Hz.

public int GetFrequencyDeviationMean(string selectorString, out double value)

This method gets the value of PulseResultsFrequencyDeviationMean attribute.

selectorString	string	Specifies the result name. Example: "" "result::r1" You can use the BuildResultString(string) method to build the selectorString.
value	out double	Upon return, contains the mean of the peak-to-peak phase deviation across the measured pulses. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
