Fetches the pulse to pulse stability trace.

| timeout | double | Specifies the timeout, in seconds, for fetching the specified measurement. Set this value to an appropriate time, longer than expected for fetching the measurement. A value of -1 specifies that the method waits until the measurement is complete. |
| pulseIndex | ref int[] | Upon return, contains the pulse index. |
| pulseToPulseAmplitudeStability | ref double[] | Upon return, contains the trace of pulse to pulse amplitude stability, in dB. |
| pulseToPulsePhaseStability | ref double[] | Upon return, contains the trace of pulse to pulse phase stability, in dB. |
| pulseToPulseTotalStability | ref double[] | Upon return, contains the trace of pulse to pulse total stability, in dB. |
