Sets the minimum pulse off duration to be ignored by the pulse detection. This value is expressed in seconds.

Remarks
This method sets the value of PulseDetectionMinimumOffDuration attribute.The default value is 0.00000005. Valid values are 0 to 0.001, inclusive.
