Creates a EVDO signal configuration for specified signal name. Existing EVDO signal configuration is returned if specified signal name exists.

GetEvdoSignalConfiguration(this RFmxInstrMX)

Creates a new default EVDO signal configuration if it doesn't exist; otherwise, it returns the existing default EVDO signal configuration.
