Gets the measurement offset to skip from the synchronization boundary. This value is expressed in slots. The synchronization boundary is specified by the SetSynchronizationMode(string, RFmxEvdoMXSlotPowerSynchronizationMode) method.

This method gets the value of SlotPowerMeasurementOffset attribute.The default value is 0.
