Gets the mean power of the Reverse Pilot channel (R-PICH). This value is expressed in dB or dBm.

This method gets the value of CdaResultsUplinkMeanPilotPower attribute.

value	out double	Upon return, contains the mean power of the Reverse Pilot channel (R-PICH). This value is expressed in dB or dBm.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
