Sets the duration of the CDA measurement. This value is expressed in slots.

Remarks
This method sets the value of CdaMeasurementLength attribute.The default value is 1. Valid values are [1, 16]. The sum of the CDA Meas Offset and CDA Meas Length is less than or equal to 16.
