Sets the rolloff factor for raised cosine and root raised cosine filter, which are used as pulse shaping filter and measurement filter respectively.

Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used.
value	double	Specifies the rolloff factor for raised cosine and root raised cosine filter used as pulse shaping filter and measurement filter. Specifies the Bandwidth * Sample Duration for Gaussian filter.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
