Sets whether to enable averaging for the measurement.

Remarks
When averaging is enabled, the measurement uses averaging count for the number of acquisitions over which the measurement is averaged. The traces are not averaged. When averaging is disabled, the number of acquisitions is 1. This method maps to the RFmxDemod_ADemodSetAveragingEnabled() function in C.
