Sets the time duration, in seconds, for which the signal must be quiet before the signal analyzer arms the I/Q power-edge trigger.

Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Pass an empty string. The signal name passed when creating the signal configuration is used.
value	double	Specifies the time duration, in seconds, for which the signal must be quiet before the signal analyzer arms the I/Q power-edge trigger.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
