Returns the average of the RMS magnitude error values computed on each 50 us block of EDR portion of the EDR packet. When you set the ModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, it returns the mean of the average RMS magnitude error values computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed as a percentage.
