Applications contain the basic information on how to perform tests of a certain test type. You can assemble new applications only in the development environment. Consequently, in the list area of the Applications tab, you can only edit applications that already exist.
  1. Select Applications in the Navigation area.
  2. Click the edit symbol next to the application that you want to edit.
  3. Enter the General Information required for the Application type:
    1. Enter a Name.
    2. Select an existing Application Type or select Add Application Type to create a new application type.
    3. Enter a Description.
  4. Under Test Procedure Type Constraints, assign at least one constraint for the allowed procedure type.
    Note You can change the assigned procedure type until the application is used with this procedure type. If you want to link the application to another procedure type, you have to create this procedure type in the Procedures component.
