Enumerates the possible SLSC Switch topologies in the switches json string.

This is useful when paired with Initialize with Topology (Override Switches) or Initialize with Topology (Simulate).

    switches json specifies the json string used to define the relays and topologies. This is used when a device is offline or does not have the information stored on the module.
