niRFSA External Alignment Adjust Preselector VI
- Updated2025-10-14
- 2 minute(s) read
Stores the preselector alignment coefficients that NI-RFSA uses to compute the preselector-tuning DAC value whenever the preselector is enabled. These coefficients are based on the desired center frequency for the preselector.
Supported Devices: PXIe-5605 (PXIe-5665 only), PXIe-5606 (PXIe-5668 only)

Inputs/Outputs
instrument handle
—
instrument handle identifies your external alignment session. instrument handle is obtained from the niRFSA Initialize External Alignment VI.
coefficients
—
coefficients specifies the coefficients in the polynomial used to map the preselector center frequency to a preselector-tuning DAC value. Enter the coefficients in the array with the highest-order coefficient first (index 0) through the lowest-order coefficient last.
error in
—
error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
instrument handle out
—
instrument handle out passes a reference to your instrument session to the next VI. instrument handle is obtained from the niRFSA Initialize External Alignment VI.
error out
—
error out contains error information. So if an error was contained in error in and this VI also produces an error, error out contains the same information as error in. For all other cases, this output provides standard error out functionality. |
