Guided Setup Improvements

Further customize a server based on your needs with the following additions to the configuration process:

  • Preferred host name—Choose your preferred server on the Remote Connections tab. This server name appears in URLs when accessing your SystemLink server in a browser.
  • Public Network Access preset—Choose this preset configuration to expedite setup if you want to connect external clients to the server.
  • Streamlined certificate generation for secure remote access—Detect host names and IP addresses to generate a certificate without manually reviewing each name or address.
