The NI 5630 is a two-port/one-path vector network analyzer. This device implements a T/R test set architecture and has the following basic characteristics:
- Supports a frequency range from 10 MHz to 6 GHz
- Supports a power range from -30 dBm to +5 dBm in 0.5 dB steps
- Supports an IF bandwidth (IFBW) from 10 Hz to 30 kHz
- Can be programmed with the NI-VNA instrument driver or controlled interactively using the NI-VNA Soft Front Panel (SFP)
- Contained in a compact, two-slot-wide PXI Express 3U form factor
The NI 5630 follows industry-standard PlugPlay specifications for the PXI bus and seamless integration with compliant systems.
