Description
Specifies or returns the propagation time threshold, in nanoseconds, of the time reference specified in Active Item. When a port's propagation delay time exceeds this threshold, the port is not considered capable of participating in the IEEE 802.1AS protocol, and the AS Capable property is set to FALSE.
