Short Name: Scan Mode
Property of niSwitch
Specifies how to handle existing connections that conflict with the connections you make in a scan list. For example, if CH1 is already connected to CH2 and the scan list instructs the switch module to connect CH1 to CH3, this property specifies what happens to the connection between CH1 and CH2.
Set the property value to None to make the switch module take no action on existing paths. Set the value to Break Before Make to make the switch module break conflicting paths before making new ones. Set the value to Break After Make to make the switch module break conflicting paths after making new ones. Most switch modules support only one of the possible values: in such cases, this property serves as an indicator of the module's behavior.
