Configure Generation Mode
Configures the NI-RFSG device to generate a continuous sine tone (CW), apply I/Q (vector) modulation to the RF output signal, or generate arbitrary waveforms according to scripts.
The NI-RFSG device must be in the Configuration state before you call this node.
Inputs/Outputs

error in
Error conditions that occur before this node runs.
The node responds to this input according to standard error behavior.
Default value: No error

generation mode
Mode used to generate an RF output signal.
| CW | 0 | Configures the RF analog signal generator to generate a CW signal. |
| Arb Waveform | 1 |
Configures the RF analog signal generator to generate arbitrary waveforms. This mode is not supported for the PXI/PXIe-5650/5651/5652 , PXIe-5654/5654 with PXIe-5696. |
| Script | 2 |
Configures the RF analog signal generator to generate arbitrary waveforms as directed by scripts. This mode is not supported for the PXI/PXIe-5650/5651/5652 , PXIe-5654/5654 with PXIe-5696. Some script instructions are not supported for use with vector signal transceivers. |
Default value: CW

session out
Reference to your instrument session passed to the next node.

error out
Error information.
The node produces this output according to standard error behavior.
