Specifies the sub-sample delay, in seconds, to apply to the acquired signal. To set this attribute, the NI-RFSA device must be in the Configuration state.
Valid Values: -4.16 ns to +4.16 ns
Default Value: 0
Supported Devices: PXIe-5644/5645/5646
