Creating Windows Shortcuts

Create a shortcut in a specific directory for a file that is included in a package. For example, you can create a shortcut in the Program Menu directory for an application file in a different directory.
- From the Inputs pane, drag the application file to the Editor pane and drop the file in a target directory for the package.

Right-click on the target file in the package and select Create
Shortcut.
The shortcut <Application Name>.exe - Shortcut.lnk is added to the package.
- In the Editor pane, right-click the target root directory and select Insert Directory.
- Rename the directory My Company.
- Drag the shortcut to the My Company directory.
- In the Properties pane, rename the shortcut Launch My App.lnk.
- Build your package by selecting .
