Owning Palette: Variable Power Supply VIs

Establishes communication with the device. Call this VI once per session.

	Device Name specifies the name of the device to initialize.
	Reset specifies whether to reset the device after initialization. TRUE Sets the configuration of the device to default values. FALSE Keeps the current settings. The default value is TRUE.
	Error In describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
	Instrument Handle Out returns a reference to the instrument.
	Error Out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
