Specifies the measurement function. If you are setting this property directly, you must also set the Operation Mode property, which controls whether the DMM takes standard single or multipoint measurements, or acquires a waveform. If you are programming properties directly, you must set the Operation Mode property before setting other configuration properties. If the Operation Mode property is set to Waveform Mode, the only valid function types are Waveform Voltage and Waveform Current. Set the Operation Mode property to IVIDMM Mode to set all other function values.
