Specifies whether the input of the instrument simulates a short circuit.
When this property is set to TRUE, the instrument will simulate a short circuit across the channel/input terminals. The electronic load uses the maximum rated current and range to simulate the short circuit. This property will only take effect when both NIDCPOWER_ATTR_OUTPUT_ENABLED and NIDCPOWER_ATTR_OUTPUT_CONNECTED are TRUE. When this property is set to FALSE, the instrument will resume normal operation based on its existing settings on the specified channel(s).
