Gets or sets the pulse voltage limit range, in volts, for the specified channel(s).

Remarks

The range defines the valid values to which you can set the pulse voltage limit and pulse bias voltage limit. Refer to the Ranges topic in the NI DC Power Supplies and SMUs Help or to the instrument specifications for information about valid ranges.

This property is applicable only if the DCPowerSourceOutputFunction property is set to PulseCurrent.
Note

A channel must be enabled for the specified voltage limit to take effect. Refer to the Enabled property for more information about enabling the channel.
