Remarks
Use this attribute to adjust the aperture time for the LCR control loop. In systems that use multiple tones that are equally spaced, setting this attribute to 1/(Tone Spacing in Hz) can reduce the impact of external interference and still maintain an integer number of cycles for all multi-tones. Increasing LCR source aperture time can increase the required settling time.
This attribute is not supported by all instruments. Refer to Supported Attributes by Device for information about supported instruments.
