| Description: | Returns the average power of the payload part of the packet. This value is expressed in dBm. Assume that the toolkit returns a measurement array of N samples in each acquisition. The toolkit does the following tasks: 1. Averages this measurement array over the number of acquisitions that you specify in the NIBTSA_TXP_NUMBER_OF_AVERAGES attribute. 2. Computes the average of the N samples in the averaged measurement array. The toolkit uses the NIBTSA_TXP_AVERAGE_TYPE attribute to determine the type of averaging in both the steps.
